Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to build the interface layer between cutting-edge AI technology and the people who use it every day. You'll create the dashboards, integrations, and user experiences that make conversational AI feel intuitive and powerful for UK estate agencies.

This role is for someone who cares deeply about craft, loves building polished interfaces, and thinks holistically about the entire stack. You'll work on everything from creating real-time audio visualisers for our voice agents to building dashboard analytics that help agencies understand their AI's performance. One day you might be implementing a new Framer component for our marketing site, the next you're architecting a webhook management system for customer integrations.

You'll have significant ownership over product decisions, working closely with our founders to shape what Nesti becomes. This isn't just about implementing designs: you'll need to think about API design, data models, real-time communication, and creating experiences that feel effortless even when the underlying technology is complex.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain user-facing features across our web application and marketing site

  • Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and integration endpoints

  • Create responsive, polished interfaces with attention to detail and performance

  • Work with real-time data streams for voice, video, and messaging features

  • Collaborate on technical architecture decisions across the full stack

  • Ship features quickly whilst maintaining code quality and system reliability

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of full stack development experience with production applications

  • Strong frontend skills with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Solid backend experience with API design, databases, and server-side logic

  • Eye for design and user experience with ability to implement polished interfaces

  • Experience with real-time features, webhooks, or third-party integrations

  • Comfortable working across the stack and making pragmatic technical decisions

  • Bonus: experience with AI/LLM integration, audio/video systems, or Framer
