With a background in technology and operations, Will has developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing modern estate agencies and the solutions needed to address them. Luke is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Nesti, responsible for leading the company's revenue and go-to-market engine. Since founding the business, Luke has built Nesti's commercial operations from the ground up, securing partnerships with leading estate agency providers and customers. Luke combines a deep understanding of agent needs with a hands-on approach to scaling revenue and building sophisticated go-to-market systems.

Prashant Abbi

Prashant is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and development. He brings extensive experience from the financial services sector, having previously held senior roles at JP Morgan where he built and scaled complex systems. His expertise spans software architecture, engineering leadership and product development, combining deep technical knowledge with a pragmatic approach to building platforms that drive business growth.

He brings extensive experience from the financial services sector, having previously held senior roles at JP Morgan where he built and scaled complex, mission-critical systems serving global operations. With deep expertise spanning software architecture, engineering leadership and product development, Prashant has successfully delivered large-scale technology solutions across diverse industries. He combines technical excellence with a pragmatic approach to building platforms that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Prashant is focused on creating robust, scalable infrastructure that supports Nesti's ambitious product roadmap while ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure and capable of meeting the evolving needs of estate agencies nationwide.

Peter Rollings

Board Advisor and Investor

Peter Rollings is a seasoned entrepreneur and estate agency heavyweight with a proven track record of building and scaling successful businesses. He led long-term expansion as Managing Director at Foxtons and later oversaw the acquisition, rapid growth and subsequent sale of Marsh & Parsons to LSL PLC for £53m. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Foxtons PLC, is a mentor with Leaders Inc, and brings extensive experience of agency operations, leadership and commercial best practice.

Louisa Fletcher

Board Advisor

Louisa Fletcher is one of the original UK proptech leaders, with over two decades’ experience spanning residential property, proptech, media and financial services. She launched one of the first UK property portals in 1999 and went on to cofound the UK’s first free, consumer-facing online residential property valuation platform in 2005, successfully exiting the business in 2008. For over twenty years, Louisa has pioneered the development of property data, software and AI-enabled residential property solutions for both consumer and enterprise use. She provides commercial and strategic advisory, marketing and communications strategy, and AI enablement and product strategy to PLCs. She also advises scale-up and start-up businesses across the residential property, proptech and financial services sectors, and is widely recognised as a thought leader in proptech innovation, the use of AI in the residential property sector, and communications strategy.

We started Nesti because we saw estate agents spending hours on the phone answering the same questions, whilst potential buyers, vendors and tenants often waited days for a response. We knew AI could help, but only if it truly felt human and spoke naturally to your clients.

Today, Nesti handles hundreds of thousands of conversations for agents across the UK, qualifying leads, booking viewings/valuations, and answering questions at any hour. We're not trying to replace the human touch that makes estate agency special, we're simply giving you more time for the conversations that matter.

Our team is obsessed with making conversational AI that feels human, not robotic. We're constantly refining our Voice, Avatar, and WhatsApp products based on feedback from agents like you, because we know that in property, trust is everything.
