Nesti took Silver in AI Solutions at the Trusted By Agents supplier awards 2026, judged on the reviews, case studies and scores agents gave rather than on any entry we wrote about ourselves.
Nesti has been awarded Silver for AI Solutions at the Trusted By Agents supplier awards 2026. The award was presented at the Kerfuffle Conference at ICC Newport on 7 July 2026, hosted by Dara O'Briain.
A podium finish in the category, second only to the winner. What matters more to us is how the placings were decided.
Nobody enters these awards
Most industry awards start with a form. A supplier decides to enter, writes up its own best year, and hopes the panel is persuaded.
The Trusted By Agents awards do not work that way. Suppliers cannot enter and cannot submit. There is nothing to write up and no panel to win over. Kerfuffle builds the placings from evidence that already exists, left behind by the agents who use these products every day.
That evidence comes from three places:
- Verified public reviews, from sources including Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, G2 and Capterra.
- Real case studies, reviewed on independent sites such as Unissu.
- Net Promoter Scores that Kerfuffle already holds for more than 2,117 agencies.
So the placing is not a measure of how well we pitch. It is a measure of what agents say about us when we are not in the room.

Judged on the work, not the demo
An award you cannot apply for is a hard one to game, and that is the whole point of it.
What agents rated was the AI employees working inside their own agencies, and they rated them while they were doing the job. Not in a demo, not on a stand at a conference. On a Tuesday afternoon, on a Sunday night, on the enquiries that actually came in.
